The Shrewsbury Paraprofessional Association is made up of a dedicated staff of classroom assistants, child specific assistants, applied behavior analysis technicians, media assistants, tutors, speech assistants and certified occupational therapy assistants. We strive to maintain and improve the quality of education for all, to uphold high standards and to advance the well-being of the Shrewsbury Public Schools. We represent all members in collective bargaining with the Shrewsbury School Committee. We also represent all members in all matters pertaining to wages, hours and working conditions.
Our most important and our favorite endeavor is...working with the incredible children in the Shrewsbury Public Schools. Children of all ages, all abilities, and who are all simply amazing!!!!
The Shrewsbury Paraprofessional Association is a local chapter of the National Education Association and the Massachusetts Teachers Association. Our association is made up of over 200 of the most amazing paraprofessionals that the Shrewsbury Public School system has so offer!
